I like Nikon 5400 very much. Now selling at 37xx. Is it a good time to buy it? Do you think Citxxall or Wing Shixx cheaper? Thanks a lot.

Nikon is very slow (I mean shutter time lag), unfortunately all DC (prosumer grade) have the same problem. It all depends on what kind of subject that you are interested in it. If you like lanscapes and portraits, I would suggest Canon G5 (wait until G6 put on sale then the price of G5 will surely drop)! Most of my friends share this feeling - the menu of Nikon is not so user friendly!

D70 is completly a different thing. Compare between DSLR and prosumer DC is meaningless. I repeat - you have to decide what type of DC you want, if you can't set a target you'll wast time in chasing. Hints for setting a target depends on ..... budget, functions, quality, appearence!

thanks a lot all brothers. Money may not be my first concern. I need a quite fast DC for taking pictures for kids as they are moving very fast. Of course quality is also a primary factor. Is D70 focusing very fast??
