請問各位高手用RAW直接轉JPG去哂相得唔得, 係咪會冇咁靚, 係咪一定要執過再轉JPG先好拎去哂呢! 你地通常係會點做架??

I think you have to change to JPG before sending to ordinary photo processing lab. For lagre prints, I print it at home, not helpful for you. For up to 4R prints, I change to JPG format first, the lab in my neigbourhood does not accept tiff/psd/raw. (I am not too sure what the "pro" lab does, probably they will accept tiff/psd as well.)

Quality will be affected by JPG compression but you will hadrly notice it for 4R prints.

try to use TIFF format if possible
and remember set color profile to sRGB as many shops do not support Adobe RGB
