what quality r u requesting from your "tiny" DC?

especially if you're mainly making 3/4Rs prints, you'd probably can't tell the difference in terms of quality among photos taken by P600 and Canon S-series/ A-series (given the shot was taken under same settings and in the same place)

P600 is a really good one for serious-learner and it's also very nice for snap-shooting ^^... the only one bad side I've heard about this very good DC is only its QC... hence I'd recommend you to bring someone to go with you to check b4 buying / buying Hong goods

Compare the spec. and features that all these DCs carry and make your final choice won't regret you a lot... if you do need a few manual functions and easy to carry arround these DCs should be your best choices~~
