I don't think you can get the circlar image fish eye on 20D. The reason is the crap factor only cut out the centre of the circlar image. I think you need to us a extra wide angel and add a 0.xx times wide angle adaptor to creat the fish eye like image. However, not sure if this work or not.

I am a 300D owner (same 1.6x crop factor) and I have tried a Canon fisheye lens (15mm or 16mm, can't remember)

To be honest, the result seems more like a wide-angle instead of fish eye.
