use 1000-1300, any suggestion on getting the best quality, fastest and maximum capcity of memory for D70 ar?

i saw a magic pro in Wing Shing has 40GB HD card reader, only selling $1499 jar...not bad!

買得hdd, 不如用md更直接, 2gb都係$10xx

but MD is too slow wor...isn't it? i have 1GB hitachi, is so slow....
