你想知得詳細, 不如睇下書同網頁(search下先啦, 其他唔睇, fever都有啦), 有好多正材料整理得好好, 好精彩, 唔好浪費人地幾擔心機喎......

Aperture priority: you determine an aperture, then the camera gives you a shutter speed.
Shutter priority: you determinee a shutter speed, the the camera gives you an aperture.
Manual exposure: you totally control the aperture and shutter speed. Sometimes the camera is cheated by the environment so that the picture is overexposed or underexposed. The manual control allows you to adjust it by yourself.
For cameras without these features, I don't know what they are. :) Why do you get such a camera and get bored? Learning photography is a big fun. For SLR, would you consider Canon 30v? It's nice with many features and control.
