function - they're quite different in certain areas.... movie, macro and lens... (what do u expect to get from your DC?)

quality - sounds like C-70 is better than S1; anyway one featuring a 1/1.8 CCD @ 7MP and another using 1/2.7CCD @ 3MP...

choosing which DC really depends on what you need... even I just become a S1 owner I can't persuade u to buy it =p... however I could let u see some of the pics that i've taken gei~~~
