Quality OK. At wide aperture, a little bit soft, but with f8 or above, you will get sharp picture. If you use it as a travel lens, I think it is perfect.

24mm - 120mm quite good range although some people claim it is not wide enough. On the other hand, you can try to take photo with people and background together at night (VR function) without a tripod.
