which one will be better? cracked 300D and 2nd hand 10D?since their price is very close?

Also have a few question:
1)what is the difference between EF and EFS lens?
2) is cracked 300D have exactly the same function and speed with 10D?

speed won't be the same, but my advice is....for digital product, it is always better to buy new rather then 2nd hand

EFs lens can only use on 1.6x crop DSLR
EF lens can be use on all Canon SLR/DSLR

i have this two DSLR, cracked 300D only useful on the +/- Output of light , other is not very useful, and the EV need to + 2/3 always, also 測光不準是 300D week point, details also not good as 10D or D60, ........
10D is a very good camara if you can found one w/o focus problem (not the march 2003 is better ) it's WB and EV no need to + or - , it's details is much more then 300D and Nikon D70 (same grade of lens) , but view photos is slower then 300D, 10D is really a best choise I am highly recommand if price is just near!

我之前親20D 出 , 10D大跌價買左部二手既10D , 價錢同部一手既300D差唔多 , 不過就正好多 。無論係個手持個feeling , 相既質素 , 快門聲都好過部300D !!! 而且上一手保養得好 , 部機好似新既咁tim!!!
如果你真係買二手10D , 你要認真地CHECK 下部機 , 最緊要睇下有冇OUT FOCUS 既問題 (我o個部冇 )

Is $7000 is a reasonable price for a 2nd hand 10D? (保養 till Nov 2005) (not include lens)

i bought it in October
$7400 for 10d + grip , 不過冇保養
$7000 有保養成超過半年就差唔多啦 , check 機冇問題就得啦
全新直倒好似要千多元
如果買平鏡 , 不如就買副廠 , sigma 18-125mm f3.5-5.6 或者等下遲d出既 tarmon 18-200mm f3.5-6.3
