Comparing the spec between H1 with Panasonic FZ5, I observe the following:

1. FZ5 has wider aperture at the long end

2. H1 has longer exposure time (30s compared to 8 s), this is good

3. H1 is heavier (about 50%) and bigger than FZ5

4. H1 has better video

5. H1 uses only MS - expensive and cannot be reused for other DC

6. H1 has the viewfinder directly above the LCD. You will need to squeeze your nose against the LCD and leave a very greasy mark on your LCD. Watch out if you have a big and greasy nose.

Zeiss lens or not dosn't bother me. It is just a batch that Sony stick on their lenses.

咁 SD/XD/MMC/CF/MD/SM 都係cannot be reused for other DC啦。

例：D70, 300/350D 可以用到SD/XD/SM 咩？ FX7夠用唔到
CF/MD/XD/SM啦。

所有DSLR機都係咁既design啦，也會有你以上所講的情況。

to trueno,先別那麼躁，
1.大概Braveheart是相說ms較難用於非sony的機種，但並非不能，minolta的 g6oo不是可以用sd和ms的嗎？各取所取而已。
2.dslr的lcd也會貼nose(一時忘記了中文怎打...)，不時過dslr有個cover而已，不怕面油問題，要是h1加保護貼也一樣。大概Braveheart是這個意思。
