Dear all,

My D2H's metering is suddenly dead just recently. It alway show 4" at F1.4.

I bought it in Nov 2003 with only around 3,000 frame taken since, but it warranty is of course expired.

Nikon HK said it will cost around HK$800 - HK$1,200 for labour plus parts (unknown yet) and will take 4 weeks to repair.

I read from forum of Nikonians that many users (internationally) have the same problem.

If there any unlucky users in HK like me ?

Can we sue Nikon HK for defeative products and ask for free repairs / upgrade.

Any legal advisers can give us an opinion ?

早前 Canon 10D/300D 走焦, 20D 係咁 update firmware fix problem, 有冇人告 ar?

問題係佢爆鑊爆係d 專業級機度就死啦,10D/300D 20D走焦cheap 機邊有人理丫,d專業有投訴唔用佢d 機先大鑊.

反而可能只收鏡, 唔使收機, 所以我話似係鏡有事多D

整鏡?我唔係支支都原廠喎,咁點攪?我覺得係部機甩焦,唔係D鏡,冇理由我六支鏡都係前移,前移幅度又差唔多
