Many 代用電 is quite trust worthy. Goki is not bad.

Most of the 代用電 is Li-on battery. Characteristics of Li-on battery is - you can design it to become any shape you like, yet powerful enough to provide high capacity of energy. However, the bad thing is, it is possible to explode. Therefore, better look for some 代用電 which has a bit of goodwill. The reason is, short cut protection is important to 代用電. Some 代用電 with very cheap price has no such protection. I haven't try Powermate before so can comment.
