Try this step by step

after installing Zero Assumption Digital Image recovery, start up the program. A pop up will show a list of harddisks and device e.g. in a table form. The one at the end of the list is my CF - also it's a 128Mb, it only shows 118Mb. Highlight that device, select the destination file for recovered images and then press PROCEED. That's it! Simple! Now first of all, can it recognize your CF?
