小弟部300d懷左,唸住羅去canon睇睇,聽之前d師兄說canon維修中心之服務很差, 是否真的?

雖然我冇用canon o的相機,但都有用canon其他產品!!
我都上過canon個維修中心,服務唔係話好好咋喎~
不過我同事話o果o度有靚女,可惜我見唔倒 XD!!

CANON維修中心服務唔差丫,起碼整完可以速遞送番部機比你,唔使自已上去囉呢樣服務已經唔係間間有啦!

Canon Service Centre at Hunghom is OK for my own years of experience.
1. Canon EOS50 (water good) - dropped dead in Macau (2001). Service centre charged me HK$500. EOS 50 returned to me by a week.
2. Canon Pwershot A40 (hong) - dropped to the ground and shutter failed in Korea (2002). Within warranty, replaced the whole lens assembly without charge and returned to me by 2 days.
However, Canon DCs' quality seem dropping as my Powershot A70 got systerm error and lens could not be retracted into the body during my trip in Italy last year. It was used for just 8 months.

Jebsen 是洋行,賣電子產品佢地未必及Canon or Nikon ge代理(after market sales)咁專門(DC repair need expert skills)
好似Manfrotto也是Jebsen代理,唔買佢買哪一間?Gitzo, Velbon......?
不過Canon, Nikon and KM D維修中心,服務唔係話好好咋喎,but why?
人地係維修部(唔好聽叫廠),唔係sales department, 維修中心D人如果不是經嚴格之service training,D禮貌未必及得上sales,也是正常現象
一定要記住,維修部只負責維修事宜, so D 禮貌普普通通也可接受
但反過來在showroom D人冇禮貌,實比阿頭照肺

sai1234, here is my personal experience
My 300D went down on March 12. I brought my 300D to Canon on March 15. The problem with the camera is - almost all buttons couldn't work, including ISO, shutter, etc. They told me that they shall be able to fix the problem in 7 days. If the machine is ready, they also have delivery service (GOOD). For your information, I only left them the body.
In less than 4 days, I picked up the machine by myself. The machine seems to be back to normal. However, when I brought back home, I can't use any lens to AF. Everything was fine except AF. Therefore, I brought back to Canon on March 19 with the kit lens.
Now it is ready to pick up again. I shall be able to get it either tonight/ tomorrow morning.
Conclusion: It is definitely troublesome to visit Canon twice. Therefore, I suggest you to bring a lens with you so that they can fix the AF. Secondly, even I went there twice, I still feel happy with their service.
