Anyone considering Kodak EasyShare Z740? It looks quite good in the spec:

10X optical zoom
Aperture F2.8-3.7
ISO 80-800
MPEG4 640x480 (13fps)
weight 287g
use SD/MMC and AA batteries

The drawback is that there is no anti-shaking.
