吹水閒聊

I bought a hoya CPL (green package) and find these two bad effects.....
is it the problem from this CPL ......?

No effect on the focal length. The CPL should not worsen the image quality, but it reduces light by 1.5 to 2 EV. The camera would compensate this with TTL metering. It looks a bit dimmer in my cam with a CPL on, and have a bit bluish tone. (?) So I think your problem might be due to wrong focusing or hand tremor.

yes i think so...
should a CPL only be used in a "very bright day"?
