Some people say that the Canon little white IS and non-IS at 200mm is sharper than the 200mm f2.8L. I saw the MTF charts, and it appears to be so, especially at f8. Does the prime lens really lose in this comparison? So is the 200mm prime useful? I'm considering to choose between 135mm f2 (+1.4x extender), 200mm f2.8L, and 70-200mm f2.8L IS for stage photography and traveling.
