1:Canon EFS 60mm F2.8
2:Canon EF 100mm F2.8
3:Sigma 150mm F2.8
4:Sigma 180mm

They are both cheaper and lighter!

I think it is a choice of working distance rather than the difference in quality of these lenses.

If just for flowers and insects, you can choose either EF100 or Tamron 90 di. For Sigma, IMHO, the colour is not good enough and not acceptable for me. So, if you can accept the colour of Sigma, the 150 F2.8 is another good choice.
