You can try using the "Air Pump"
However, some dust is really hard to remove. If it is the case, just ignore it. It doesn't hurt much anyway.

I have tried many ways to remove the dust as well.
However, I just can't remove it. As far as I know many people are facing the same issue - you are not alone.

If the situation is not very serious, I personally would suggest to stick with the current situation because if won't affect the photo quality. Secondly, you will get some dust again and again.

It is just my personal thinking. Other comments are welcome.

My DSLR also has dust in viewfinder, and i have removed the focus screen away several times to clean the dust, but very soon the dust will get in the viewfinder again. As longer time i removed len to clean the DSLR, finally the dust get into CCD too, i used the air pump to clean CCD but the dust was blown into viewfinder again.... this would be endless troublesome work.

So now i won't care the dust in viewfinder and won't remove the len to clean unless the CCD get dust.
