我試過朝早去過行山同埋去影過夜景
朝早會有好多晨運客經過
夜晚有好多影友同埋睇夜景人士上去
但都唔可以答實你一定冇危險
日落時段就應該係最安全...特別假日...都會幾多人行
最好都係多幾個人去會安全d~^^

Both ends of Lugard Road (盧吉道) are facing the Peak Tram Station, and you should choose the right-hand side one (shorter distance to the ideal location for the harbour view).

You can go there via -
(i) Peak Tram,
(ii) Bus Route 15 (Central to the Peak),
(iii) Bus Route 15B (Tin Hau WTR Station to the Peak),
(iv) Bus Route 15C (Central Star Ferry to the Peak), or
(v) Stanley (Ma Hang to the Peak).

Just before dawn, you may be able to see one or two photographers, a few morning exercisers, and a few tourists.

Don't wait until the sky is like what you saw of other photos, take more when there is just a bit of light, those pics need to push up the saturation of red and blue a lot. (Of course only tweak the sky!)
