打多些光(如桌燈、射燈)，調快個快門，微距用最闊焦距(相對光圈大)，焦距可到 10 cm 有對物件放大些。
ISO (感光度)不好用過 100 ，因 Z750在 200 以上有粗微粒。

Try, using "M - Aparture Priority", lock Aparture to F2.8, set to ISO400, set EV to -1 or -2 (try them both), & No flash. Adjust the other settings (eg, WB) according to your needs.

Save the above setting to personal BS, so you will not have to re-set everything again.

That method requires intensive noise reduction. And the image may look awful.
