did anyone got cheated by someone on dcfever's 二手買賣區 ar?

is there anyway i could sue the guy or ask police for help? i tried 小額錢債 and they want me to provide name and address, but how? his phone number has no one answer and i've sent him a few warning letters and still no one reply. i guess he's not afraid of getting caught. anyone could help me here?

the case is like, i bought a projector from this guy and when i got home that machine didn't work the way he posted the photos on the emails. coz we were trading at MTR, he got an excuse that i can go home and check it if there's any problems. and it happened to me before, i can chase that guy back and return, but not this time.................

小弟都略懂小小法律, 如果真係好像你這樣說sure 你可以要求退貨 and refund (因為佢以經係 misrepresentation)

但係只有一個電話同冇證人, and private message between you and him 就好難though police 同 法庭去處理

N年前我買過支雞鏡EF28-70 F3.5-4.5又同你一樣經歷, 只靠一個電話號碼約條友出來睇鏡, 果時支鏡二手時價約仟一二蚊倒, 佢賣900蚊, 叫扺啦, 我都帶機去試, 諗住冇衰啦, 當時只求其對遠野AF手動都work就算 , 點知返到去先發覺支鏡對焦近野完全對吾到, call爆佢機完全吾覆,
好彩我識有friend響以前C記 代理怡X維修部做, 比佢一check之下原來帶住對焦鏡組有三條(膠)post 斷左兩條, 對近野時吾可以帶動對焦鏡組申前, 維修街價350蚊, 自己友價收左我200蚊, 900+200= 1100蚊, 最後再以1000蚊轉售蝕左100蚊算好彩, 但如果900+原價350= 1250, 咪斷正響佢手囉!

結論~同二手舖買都仲有大間舖比你追, 得個電話號碼同化名登記點追究? 甘買二手法始終係有風險, 冇計!
