主要原因是兩者分別不是太大，主要是減少耗電量。
而 FX 7 是第一部有光學防手震技術在細機仔，當然大風頭，但現時好多廠都有不同的防震技術，自然淡化了 FX 8 的登場。
而 Cannon 700，的防噪的確好出色，唯一是它的 LCD 較細。買了它的朋友都對它成像非常滿意。

i want to ask which model is better
when taking photo in a indoor situation (dark area) or at night

fx8 enquire mega ois so it can lessen the effect of hand shaking
but some people said canon 's 測光 is better

because always the background is in whole dark but the subject of my photo is over exposure when flash is used in indoor area

can any one answer my question?

IXUS 700 has a better flash power and longer range.
And its noise reduction is superb among slim DCs.
IXUS 700 still wins FX8 an edge.

I have the same problem as Uoff. I used to use Panasonic (an old model, without OIS) but the result of indoor shooting is so poor.
To get a better result, I have to use "night mode" for indoor shooting (much better) but handshaking was really a challenge.
I tried my friend's IXUS700 and IXUS50 recently. The general indoor shooting quality is much better (I guess due to better noise reduction, bigger CCD size and higher ISO). However, I tried the Canon using "night shoot" mode for the indoor environment, the pic improved significantly as well. But the handshaking problem was a problem. (no noise, but blurred)
While most camera's indoor shooting is better with the night shoot mode, I am think simply using this for indoor shooting. In this case, if the FX8 OIS can tackle the minor handshaking when using night-shoot mode, then FX8 seems better to me.
Anyone has tried FX8 night-shoot mode? Can it handle the handshaking problem well?

喂, 用慢快門咪得lor, 相機有夜景人像mode, 即係慢快門lor

唔知Nikon, D-Lighting 有冇效,
SAMSUNG, SF都好, 不過noise高
