For faster upload, can anyone tell me how to lower the file size (say from a 3MB to a file with less than 100KB in size)?

Is it possible if using Windows only or the EOSViewer?

I took the picture with 20D using Jpeg format.

如果你乜都無, 只得win xp 可以右click個file -> 開啟(O) -> MS photo editor
-> click影像(I) -> click改變大小 (I) -> 攪掂^^
