What do you think the future about 16:9 picture?

I think 16:9 picture may be the next major picture aspect ratio, from 3:2 to 4:3 and then 16:9.

Why? HDTV and HD boardcast are coming and most homes will have 16:9 HDTV in the future, 10 years?. And many new TVs have card reader to view image files directly or you may have media center to store and play image files. Even many new notebook computers LCD are in 16:9.

Panasonic is clever.
