我岩岩買左個新lcd monitor (以前用開大mon), 但係我去到較single gamma個部分,灰色個bar以經調較至最左, 但係中間個格灰色仍然係太光, 有冇師兄可以教教我點做? 我已經將monitor hardware o既contrast較到最大, brightness都依足指示較好啦...

另外, 我想問下LCD mon的光暗位係唔係冇大mon做得咁好?

I just bought a Samsung 710N (17") LCD. But I find the mon. is very bright compared to my old Viewsonic CRT. A IT friend told me it is usual and he even turns the brightness to zero level.

As the LCD requires to set at min. 1280 X 1024 resolution, I find the response of the mon. is slower than in my old CRT. It is because of the insufficient computer RAM or due to the small memory in my display card (it is Matrox Millenium 400MAX AGP with 32M RAM).

My system is :

PII 300mhz with 512M RAM and 40G HD, is that enough for 17" LCD mo.?

其實我都唔想用ｌｃｄ，但係換左公司全部都係lcd mon, 你知啦..lcd mon望落去個角度高低都會有分別...d 色好似永遠都較唔盡咁..好煩

I hardly find any CRT in the shop these days. My old Viewsonic CRT has lasted for almost 7 years. Dont know how long will the LCD go!!

By the way, what kind of filter will fit in LCD? could we get it in any computer centres?
