I am now using a Manfrotto 190 Pro tripod and a Manfrotto 486RC2 ball head for my D70 camera. I find that photos taken with the above setup were not sharp when used with a shutter speed slower than 1/60 (even with a remote) ----- images (same object/location) taken with a 300mm lens + TC-17II at f4.5 and 1/125 are much much sharper than those taken at a smaller aperture of f13 and slow speed (1/60 or slower). It seems that the problem comes from the ball head or tripod and vibration of the mirror.

個 ball head 一定唔掂，支腳就唔知。
我都用緊 486RC2，用支 125 Marco 係 VF 已經見到佢 Dup 頭，咁你話個 Ball Head 用 300mm 鏡會點？？

我明白問題可能出自波頭,所以向大師們請教及推薦合適的波頭.
因為需要使用長鏡頭,請問下列哪一個波頭可靠,有成本效益:
(a) Manfrotto 488RC2 / 488RC4
(b) Gitzo 1276 MkII
(c) Gitzo 1376 MkII
(d) Manfrotto MGRC2
(e) Arca Swiss B-1
