I want to know what are the differences between "One Shot" and "AI Focus" in 350D?

one shot 指半按快門是作一次性對焦,ai focus 是包含單次對焦及自動追焦,當半按快門對主體對焦時 主體在對焦後移動相機對焦會追隨主體作連動對焦
平常一般用one shot會較準

so what are the differences between AI Focus = AI Servo ???

Is it normal that in the AI Servo mode, the green af circle does not appear in the viewfinder to assist the focus ? AND is it

the af circle only appears in "one shot" focus mode ?

如果我理解無錯﹐AI focus 就係部機實時決定用 one-shot 定 AI servo. 你半按快門後囉到焦點。部機就會不斷 check 下對到焦既位置有無走焦﹐如果無﹐就鎖定係果個位﹐當主體移動﹐走焦走到某個限度時﹐部機就會自動進入 AI servo 模式﹐重新囉返岩個焦點。跟著又自動返回 one-shot 模式。我用起上黎就覺得 AI focus 好似鈍化左既 AI servo 模式咁﹐諗極都諗唔到有也用。

The AI Focus is very fast and esp. in day light it af in split second without a doubt.

I have tried to shoot at the moving ships in the victoria harbour last weekend and am surprised at I do not realize the object has been focused and taken once I pressed the shutter button.

It just that I do not notice any af circle appears, but when I switch to the "one shot" mode, the af circle appears again. I reckon the AI focus mode is full traceable to the moving objects and hence the af does not stp until it's taken. That may explain why the circle never appears.
