Hi FZ30 owner,
I just want to know I use (program mode) with built in FLASH or with extra FLASH . my shutter speed cannot be higher than 1/30. IS your camera is same ??? or my camera have problem.

yes , P mode flash only 1/30 shutter speed , if u want to change the shutter speed of the camera , try the S mode
