What will you selection:

either
a) EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM ; or
b) EF 17-40mm f/4L USM + EF 70-200mm f/4L USM

Price for a) or b) is more or less the same. a) offers convenience and save the need to change lenses. b) cover wider range, but need to change lenses.

but I'll suggest you b) because they are more expensive and should be better if the price not counted
