I'm using EOS350D. I was shooting pictures in a function last week and suddenly the camera could not focus properly, and I found this msg on LCD.

My camera recover after shut down. However what does this msg mean?

What lens were you using ? Canon or third party ??

i'm using sigma 18-200mm lens, any hints?

Does it happen when you use original Canon lens ? I personally have not own any Sigma lens myself (but I own Tamron). However, I have heard that people using third party lenes may experience - lens doesn't match with the body. This is the bad third about third party lens. Fortunately, it never happen to my Tamron.
