Should i buy a G6 now or looking for some other new DC like LX1, they are the same price. Is A620 image quality close to G6? Comment Pls.

a pentax ist DL +kit lens +1G SD sd card is only $5700 and the weight is similar to G6, y buy G6 ar?
another alternative would be fuji s9500->iso acceptable at iso400 and 28-300mm......no need to buy lens anymore(indeed u cant change lens.....)

A620 is a good choice and cheaper. It's AF is super fast and overall fast to operate as well. Image quality is good and usable upto 200, better avoid 400. The problem with LX1 is noise. Better check it out and see if you can live with it.

Thanks for the input, i am not ready for DSLR yet , the size of a G6 is max for me. And I just check out the A620, but don't do if i can live with the outlook, now on my list are LX1 or Fz5 . What other choice? Pls.

then casio ex Z750 law....one of the few card size DC that offers manual exposure mode........(personal experience->dont buy moderate size prosumer since it's neither pro enough or slim enough).....
for casio ex Z750 it offer 7mp, 2.5 LCD, and u can tackle all the day light condition with p mode and indoor condition with manual mode..........no AV/TV mode.............

Fortress last time SALE in Mongkok KM A200 $29XX (hong), but I have not bought it because it is too noisy. I like G6 or V3 more

depence on what criteria u have la~~

G6 has nice F2.0 which A200 doesn't

A200 has Anti-shake & 7x wide angle lens that G6 doesn't....

G6 has AF assist beam which A200 (or all minolta dc) doesn't...or never...

A200 has a nicer / zoomable movie mode which G6 doesn't......~~~

so..........make up ur mind first~ no single prosumer dc can fits all criteria ; P
