Choice 1 CANON 70-200 F4 L + TAMRON 28-75 F2.8 (A09)
Choice 2 CANON 75-300 F4.5-5.6 + CANON 24-105 F4 L

How about Sigma 24-60/2.8DG + EF70-200/4L. I would certainly ignore 75-300/4.5-5.6 when you can afford 70-200/4L. 200mm on 350D is quite long already.

What is your major shooting range?

If your major is telephoto, go for set 1.

If your mahor is standard or medium, go for set 2.

I would also suggest Sigma 70-300 APO over the Canon 75-300 for set 2.
