anybody using T9? how is it ?

T9 not available yet. To me, I prefer T9. But it depends on the sharpness of the photos. The sharpness of F10 photos are not good enough. I think the lens of Fuji DC is not as good as others especially Panasonic and Sony.

如果你在FX9與T9之間選擇，已說明你有幾項要求：
1. 兩部都係細薄機
2. 兩部都有防手震
3. 兩部都係最新款型號
4. 影像質素「相對」次要，否則你應該選擇prosumer或其他較大的DC，因為Panasonic有FZ30，FZ5，Sony有R1，N1
5. 電量相對次要，否則你要考慮Casio或其他大size的DC，Casio可以影300張相，Panasonic同Sony都比不上

根據以上要求比較兩部機，我會選擇T9（實際上我親身試過兩部機，買了T9行貨），原因是：
1. T9更細更薄，更易攜帶
2. T9的防手震可以配合高ISO，低光下影像較佳；FX9在同樣條件下的影像，雜訊多好多，相反T9有ISO高感度，亦有noise reduction (NR)，光線較暗時影像仍然幾滑淨
3. 影像質素同電量都係Sony稍遜，但相差不遠，Sony的白平衡好多時都有少少偏藍，但Panasonic就有少少偏紅，如果影人，就FX9討好少少，因為膚色比較「紅粉菲菲」，但呢點係見人見智
4. FX9一塊電池可以影200幾張相，T9就120張；但T9的InfoLithium電池可以有剩餘電量時間顯示，讓你較有預算，FX9就只得三格低電量顯示
5. LCD顯示，無論在色澤或解像度方面都是T9稍勝
6. FX9沿用FX7以來的開關掣，在放入皮套時容易意外開機，加上鏡頭是伸出來的，意外開機較容易導致鏡頭損瓌，相反T9的鏡頭不會伸出，沒有這個問題
7. 亦因為T9鏡頭不會伸出來，影相時手指容易遮住鏡頭，亦容易遮住閃燈，反而FX9就無呢個問題

其實，兩部都係好機，買哪一部都應該不會買錯！

少少更正，T9的電量是120分鐘，可拍照片是240張，應該與FX9的270張相差不遠。

If compare the price, of course FX9 is cheaper now.

I really agree with this, I had a FX8 before, always accidentally turn on the DC, fortunately, the lens was OK.

I want to know T9 zoom power optical 3X with digital 2X is it really enough for daily use? Cos I feel my FX8 3X optical with 4X digital is just alright.

I want to ask the digitial zoom of T9. Cos I am super confused. Some webpages say it got 2X precision digital zoom. while some webpages say it is 6X digital zoom...

I want to know if it is 2 or 6X ? Thank you

Digital zoom最好唔好用,嚴重影響畫質,而且用電腦要幾多倍都得,不是買機的考慮.

But I want to make sure it is 2 or 6 only. cos even don't consider, sometime will use this function ar~ :P

其實唔駛用架,翻屋企用電腦crop中間出來已經係.用2x質素已經好勉強,6x變左一pat嘢,冇乜意思.

I suggest you can have a look on X1 too, it has a good performance on Anti-Shake, I have brought one already, and very like it (Outlook)...

I won't consider X1 cos it is a bit big for me. I need compact with OK quality.
