1. Back up all the data on the memory card to the computer.
2. Try to format the memory card by the computer. Do not select quick format.
3. Then format it again by the DC.

It may work.

Some memory card may contain the recover software on the it, and cause the reading error.
Or the manufacturer using different version of OS to format the memory cards in the factory. Some DC only do the quick format which is not 100% formatting the card.
