現在的單鏡數碼相機，普通的也去倒千萬像數，若已沖晒出來的相片質素來說，比方以較普遍的4R，用同一的鏡頭，數碼單鏡用上專業級，未知各下認為傳統菲林晒出來的相片質數較優勝，還是數碼單鏡呢？

For 4R, even 4MP DC does really well. I don't mean to be a smartass, but comparing film & 10MP+ DSLR based on 4R is kind of meaningless and silly.

This topis has been discussed and even argued thousand times in many forum or many seminars. It depends on what U want. Film and digital have their own limitation. So, it's comparing apple and orange. No point to discuss anymore. If U want to insist film or digital is better than the other, it's your preference. As long as we understand the good and bad points in each, it's good enough. I use both film and digital now.

Even though prints from negative are actually digital prints now, negative scans still have much wider DR than digital cameras.

我覺得，透過菲林拍攝的照片，有一種特別的味道。
這種質感興立體感，是數碼還未能感受到。
我們不妨用菲林與數碼相片對比就知。

現在的沖曬店雖然已經數碼化，不過由於讀取方式不同，
所以相片輸出的質素亦有所差異。

沖曬店是用線性感光元件，以續行掃瞄的方式讀取菲林。
而且菲林是直接記錄現場情況，沒有任何加工。
所得出的細緻度及現場感會比較高。

一般的數碼相機是用感光元件直接曝光，
之後經過圖像處理器進行分析，才輸出相片。
所以質量會有一定有所不及。

Depends on what kind of direct prints from slides (the slide itself is not the issue actually). Slide machine prints always suck, even so-called professional prints could be low on quality depends on the lab. But for 4R, nobody bothers to do it professionally. So in reality, 4R from digital cameras win hands down, assuming the pictures were well taken in the first place.

Hello wlachan, do you know if Color Prints Direct from Slides with "Ilford Cibachrome" or "Kodak Radiance Select" still available today or not ?

Nobody has been doing Ilfochrome (=cibachrome) for quite some time AFAIK. Not sure about other papers.

如果放廿張相片放係檯上面，其中三張係用菲林影，其餘果D用數碼影，如果有人能夠exactly話到比我聽邊三張(係100%exactly全中)，我就相信真係睇得出film同digital既分別！！好可惜，我D朋友都冇人夠膽接受測試！！！
