I love Sony R1 so much becoz its idea is really brand new, and the lens is very good as well.

However, after tested it in show room for over 5 times, the pics are not very sharp indeed.

If i want very sharp and colorful photos, will R1 be a good choice?
Can i tune some setting in it so as to make it sharper or more colorful?

Use photoshop and take whatever dc for "sharp" and "colourful"

As far as I know the R1 produces best image quality among its class.

I like the R1 too..
when you shoot picture with Raw format, you can do some post adjustments.

I suggest wait for the new information from CES (tomorrow) and PMA (early fed) about any new release before making a decision for buying the R1
