R3 cannot compare with S80 nor even S50!
If u like noise very much, go RICOH!
Ricoh always have good specification in camera, but poor photo quality (I have used 2 Ricoh DC before).
The only good lens on RICOH is GR digital.

我覺得Ricoh 唔係差架，不過我諗因為少人用囉.
我部 GX8 okie, spec close to GR and S80
用low ISO 咪唔怕noise囉

S80 同 GX8 都用手動設定，多D嘢玩

Buy a good camera to learn photography, go S80, or even S70. If u buy R3, u will not be able to take fast moving object or dark objects with low noise, also, even R3 has 200mm equilivalent lens, the quality cannot even compare with the CROPPED middle portion of S80 at the tele end. The only advantage of using R3 is its antishake function (S80 don't have). I sold a R3 to 2nd hand shop recently because of it's poor photos. ^_^

I use R3 for less than one month and than sell it. Noisy in image too much and image quality is also bad.
