What do you mean by"平均色彩"? Do you want a "Golden" scene of sunset? Or do you want a scene that under the "White" sun-light simular to those at noon?

If you want the "Golden" one, select manual white balence with higher Kelvin (K) value (lets say 6500K for example). If you want the "White" one, also select manual white balence with lower K value (lets say 3500K for example.

Use tripod. Shoot the same sence twice. 1st shot with correct exposure to the sky (under-expose the background). 2nd shot with correct exposure to the background (over-expose the sky). Then back home and PS them.

Another method is by using 漸層減光濾鏡.
