i have nikkor lenses with VR.

but i know there are VRI and VRII.
i don't know where the difference is.

and please, what does it mean by the following sentence?

"Enhanced Vibration Reduction (VRII)offers the equivalent of using a shutter speed 4 stops faster."

what is 4 stops faster?

即係四級快門速度,例如未開VRII要1/160s先唔手震,開咗用1/10s就得喇.
一級等於快/慢一倍.
