幾個月前我曾經見過有客o係Coxell要求換過張壞SD卡但比D 店員兇佢地
話唔知係咪佢地整壞, 叫佢地去代理整~

Few months ago, I bought a MP3 from Coxell.
When I was down to the street, I tried to test the radio function but found that the battery cover was damaged. I immediately took it back to Coxell. But surprisingly, the sales insisted that it wasn't their matter and told me to take it to 代理. I was angry and shouted at them for minutes. Perhaps I shouted too loudly, eventually, they exchanged another one for me.

I told myself that I will never go to this shop anymore.
