- take a black photo (close the lens cap) to see whether LCD has dead point.
- take one white photo (at paper) to see whether CCD has dust
- take out the lens toward bright light area to see whether dust is too much, as most kit lens without apeture ring, need to trigger the 光 圈 捍 at the 接 合 環 to open the 光 圈 and see the lens inside.

Generally the sales will know to help you taking the black and white photo, but you must review photo youself by X4 放大 and move to see every part of CCD is okay.

Can find the dust in CCD from review at DSLR 2" mon.

I helped my friend to buy D50, the sales took white photo and said it was okay, I found the dust by 4X review and showed to the sales, then he took another new D50 for us.

if possible, find a experience friend with you.
