Help! Anybody has the problem that it cannot run on XP traditional chinese window and display the 'error NiObjectException' message and then quit. When run in both chinese/english XP, the Datacolor spectrocolorimeter cannot be recognized and treated as unknown device and not work.

hihi, printfix pro has a confirmed problem with non-ehglish systems and accordingly to a colorvision guy, there is a fix for it.

more details at http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1003&message=17264245 and see if downloading a patch fixes the problem.

btw i am looking to calibrate my monitor for a fee, can u help ? in other words, i want to pay a small amount before i pay for the full product and later found it doesn't suit my workflow…
