I have one, but NOT much use, it create around 1.1-1.2x in focal length (because it has lens element inside), with a lot of CA. It can only use step down aperature (preview) auto exposure.

unless u have good reason (e.g. u have many FD lens), it just not good to use this adapter.

My friend's friend who works in changing the mount of lens said if the lens is a telephoto with at least 4 cm mount-to-rear-element, he can change the mount WITHOUT LENS element for FD to EOS.

any lens modification or adaptor is just a pain, not worhy at all!!
only pentax and nikon backward support old manual lenses!!!
