My Nikon 18-200VR was just sold. I am looking for a standard zoon lens. Any brothers are using (or used) Sigma lens please liaise with your valuable comments to me about below choices. Thank you in advance.

Although 17-70mm is not in the EX series but i heard that it's sharpness and photo quality are quite impressive.

Can you share with us your reason(s) why you sold out your DX Nikkor 18-200 VR?

In fact, what aspects of the lens you are most looking for? Sharpness? Colour retention? Flare control? Distortion control? Out-of-focus blur (Bokeh)? Build quality? Close-up focus capability? Otherwise, it's quite difficult for us make any recommentation.
