i know some lens have VR ..such as Nikon 18-200mm have VR...
but i want but tamron 28-300mm on 5D but it havent VR...., if i use tamron , will some problem ???

VR(nikon) = vibration reduction =OIS(panasonic) =IS(canon) =AS(KM)
If you do not use a tripod VR is better.
It save you carrying a tripod
With VR/IS I can easily take photo using 1/20 shutterspeed(sometimes even slower) without blur image at full zoom.

But Nikon 18-200mm VR also have AF-S. That's mean this lens speed is faster than Tamron or Sigma 18-200mm.

i use tamron 28-300 mm for tavel . no tripot.....that will so easy to hand shake??

Only at high zoom or low shutter, really depend how stable your hand is and the environment. You need to try it out yourself when you have time, to know your own limits ( just use shutter piroity on your camera to set different speed to try)

That is why I like to use a Panasonic or Minolta prosumer with VR when traveling
