I've just bought G3. I understand that the shortest macro distance in wide angle mode is 5cm. My friend lent me an adaptor and a Hoya 3+ close up lens. This decrease the distance to abovve 3cm. However, I need to manual focus the object. Is it normal?? I have ask the sales in Wing Shing and they said if I use the Canon close up lens, the camera can autofocus. It that true?? Anyone using the Canon close up lens or other brands, please help..
