I have budget of some 3-4k, and considering the following:
1. Fuijifilm FinePix s6500fd
2. Pentax 100D
3. Nikon 40D
Which is the best quality? thanks!

but d40 for this price now is ok
pentax dl is very cheap price picture and cheap lens also very good
but accessories not much

These are not cheap DC, they are budget DSLR, and you have to buy lens too. Are u sure you want to buy DLR????????????

I also agree with pongyee.....well, to a certain degree.....that cheap DC is cheap DC and good DC is good DC, seldom do both exist at the same time unless you have your own definition on what is meant by "cheap"

I am a super beginner.
I will not buy additional len nor any accessory.
I only have limited budget but want to well use of it.
With my budget, I do not mind the size or anything. I only concern quality of pic.
I had checked that s6500fd is only $3390 + 1G Card. If the qqality of these three DC (i.e. D40, 100D, 6500)are similar, I would go for 6500..
any idea?

個目標Price係乜先?
我玩過Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd，都ok架，不過係膠左d囉!!
如果唔怕膠都唔錯架!! 雖然影出來唔叫好靚，但係可以怕到640x480的片，呢個係單鏡機做唔到的!!
如果唔會買accessory，噤...
大機身：G7、S6500、FZ50<-只係用過S6500、真係好膠!!，FZ30都用過吓，唔錯有D 單鏡Feels
細機身：IXUS 850(d Face Detection 好快)、LX2(光學防震同28mm)、R5(noise好多、不過28-200好用)
以上我都覺得ok架!!
