I try multiple exposure in D200. I asked Nikon CS to see if i need tripod when using this function. They say no. I wonder because if I shoot some photos with very bright background and the person with backlight. I will take multiple exposure, one with normal exposure and one with under exposure so that when 2 photos merged, the background and the person will be balance. However, I try it at home. You can't control the person to move in the second shooting and it will blur. Please advise and under what situation will multiple exposure to be used. Thanks...

film機時自制多重曝光好易, b快門, 用鏡頭蓋+手動flash, 快門開幾耐都唔會有noise

例如.....1張相同時有2個或以上同一主體, 只要你有1件物件o係手, 就可以影到成張相都充滿晒
舊時電腦後制唔流行, 咪用呢d方法囉

I have tried this multiple exposure with my wife. However, it seems that the subject become " ghost shadow" and not solid. Is it a problem???

樓主 影個 d multiple exposure 有 "blur / ghost"....
係因為 same person.... standing at same spot.... 影兩次 ...
第二次 exposure 時......
個人 cannot maintain exactly same position as 1st shot....
resulting image 加埋兩次 exposres 就 blur 哂.
(this is my understanding.... hope I am correct)

No, I am not standing at the same spot, different spot have the ghost shadow. If I try the "dark" background (someone told me today that by using Rear Flash will help too), it will not have ghost shadow. I tried this with some bottles at my home with different location. It works!
