大家對V3 的 Noise Reduction 有咩睇發?
For me, 唔係好得
When the 快門~>1s. much noise appear
Is the situation also happen in your V3?

我都覺得個NR function冇乜用，是關除非環境極黑，否則即使用iso50，set 快門去2秒都隨時曝光過度，結果要加塊ND鏡係前面，才影到張較長時間曝光的照片。

V3, 用黎snap下算la, 影長曝光就免了~

小弟用過3個牌子，5部dc，但未試過v3，惟個人經驗是canon(a40及g2)用iso 50，noise level已經係好minimal?啦，若都接受唔到，可能要玩番菲林機至得啦﹗另外唔知yuenf99兄認為邊個牌子的dc noise control係最好的呢﹖講出來大家參考一下﹗分享你d經驗好嗎﹖^_^

I have not checked on the computer, but anyway, the aperture of V3 cannot be set manually. Overall comment is usually over exposure when long exp time is used.
The noise of V3 is serious for blue light only. Therefore, night scene may not be affected because the colour of the sky is black. Try at 6:30pm. The dark blue sky is extremely noisy.
The noise can even occured at day time sky or any blue subjects!

Oh! IC...IC! The problem for over-exposure in V3 may be the aperture has automatically set to the largest one. We need smallest aperture for a better night scene.
For the noise problem, it is very upset to hear that noise appears even in day time sky. I wonder that it is abnormal. For my experience with the noisy OM C-720UZ, noise has been seen only at those darker area. Noise in day time sky? Strange! Do you contact Canon and send some samples to them for their comment? I will if this comes across with me! I think it may be a defect product!

Yes. I have contacted canon and checked the camera there. They held my camera for 2 weeks and finally said that the situation is normal.
I don't know why the checking time is long than the reparing time. If they think that it is normal, why they checked if for 2 weeks and used it to take more than 2400 photos?
I have talked to the engineer and he told me that the technology of DC is not yet matured and told me to tolerate until the technology have been improved.
Some peoples said that V3 is excellent. I think it is strange actually. Or it is because they......
